The hosts of the show, David Amadi and Jono Grayson, have recruited for some of the top tech companies in the world, including: Apple, Lyft, Robinhood, Hulu and Netflix.  And they realized, the best interviewing advice they provided to candidates actually came from the failures of previous candidates.  Because it’s much easier to learn from a mistake than it is to replicate success.

Each episode takes a deep dive into our guest’s career journey by uncovering some of their most noteworthy mistakes, deconstructing their struggles with imposter syndrome and breaking down themes of some of their worst and best interviewing experiences.
